Place the eggs in a bowl suitable for beating. It is important that they are at room temperature. Then the dough will turn out fluffy. Therefore, I advise you to take them out of the refrigerator in advance.

Add sugar and start beating well. You can use a whisk or a mixer, whichever you prefer. Only if you use a mixer, beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. If you beat longer, the dough will become too dense. When finished, it will be more stale. So don't overdo it.

Add sifted flour, starch and baking powder to eggs beaten with sugar.

Beat again according to the same pattern. Starch is added so that the baked goods do not quickly become stale and are more tender. If you use a whisk, then you need to focus on the density of the resulting dough. It should be homogeneous, without obvious grains of sugar. The density should be medium so that it flows slowly from the spoon.

Add jam to the finished dough, you can make it from whole plums. Mix well.


Well, that's all, all that remains is to pour the dough onto a baking sheet and send it to bake.
