Preparation:

The mayonnaise should be smoothed out a little with a fork so that it lays out in a more even layer. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks and grate separately.

Place a layer of whites on top of the kiwi and apply mayonnaise again. Grate the carrots and place on top of the whites. Apply mayonnaise again. 2) Salad “Margot”

Ingredients:

● boiled potatoes – 2 pcs.
● chicken fillet – 1 pc.
● pickled mushrooms – 150 g
● boiled eggs – 2-3 pcs.
● hard cheese – 50-70 g
● mayonnaise – to taste
● salt, pepper - to taste
● vegetable oil for frying

Preparation:

Cut the chicken fillet into large strips, add salt and pepper and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then cool and cut into cubes. Cut the potatoes into cubes and place on a flat dish as the first layer. Make a mesh of mayonnaise. Then lay out the chopped chicken fillet, apply the mayonnaise mesh again. You can lightly spread the mayonnaise with a fork so that it covers the layers more evenly.

Cut the pickled mushrooms into cubes. Lately I haven’t been buying mushrooms, but using homemade ones, harvested in the fall. For this salad, you can use champignons or any mushrooms you like. Also cover the mushrooms with mayonnaise. Cut the eggs into cubes, place them in a layer on top of the mushrooms, add salt and pepper, and make a mayonnaise mesh. Sprinkle grated hard cheese on top of the Margot salad and decorate as desired.

3) Salad “Venice”

Ingredients:

● 400 g chicken breast;
● 300 g champignons;
● 200 g prunes;
● 200 g cheese;
● 2-3 potatoes;
● 2-3 eggs;
● 1 cucumber;
● mayonnaise for dressing.

Preparation:

First boil the chicken breast, eggs and potatoes until done. Pour boiling water over the prunes for 15 minutes. Fry the champignons in vegetable oil. Place the prunes in a springform pan in layers, first cutting the prunes into medium pieces. Then boiled chicken breast, cut into pieces. Layer of mayonnaise. Then a layer of fried mushrooms.   • shallot 1 piece;
  • 1 sweet pepper;
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Advice. Sometimes I add fresh cucumber to Greek salad, so the salad turns out more juicy and vegetable! Instead of regular tomatoes, you can use small cherry tomatoes, just cut each one in half. Try it, you will like it!

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine tomatoes cut into large slices (it is better to take homemade ones) with bell pepper rings and shallots. Squeeze the juice from the lemon, combine with olive oil and season the salad with this dressing.

Add olives cut in half, cubed cheese and lettuce leaves torn into small pieces. Add salt and pepper to taste, stir and you're done! It’s better to eat the salad right away :)

Recipe number 2 - Niçoise salad with vegetables, tuna and eggs

This delicious summer salad came to us from distant France, to be more precise, from sunny Provence. The recipe is simple and incredibly delicious. After Greek, Niçoise is my favorite vegetable salad! Of course, in addition to vegetables, there is also canned tuna and eggs, so the dish turns out to be satisfying, although it does not contain extra calories.

Advice. Instead of chicken eggs, put quail eggs in the salad. This will make the taste more refined!

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 1 large bell pepper;
  • 3-4 ripe tomatoes;
  • a can of tuna in its own juice;
  • olive oil 3-4 tbsp. spoons;
  • dry or fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, basil);
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • lemon juice;
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of sugar;
  • quail eggs 6-8 pieces;
  • lettuce leaves;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

First, boil the quail eggs hard in salted water. Cool the eggs. In a large salad bowl, cut tomatoes into slices (no need to chop), bell peppers into slices and lettuce leaves. Open the tuna, drain the liquid and add the fish, slightly crushed with a fork, to the salad.
