The wife of Rustem Khamitov revealed the secret of a strong family

The wife of the head of the republic, Gulshat Khamitova, shared her secret of a strong family with a ProUfu.ru correspondent:

- The main thing is that there are two in the family. And at least one baby. And that they love each other. They treated each other with respect and patience.

Gulshat Khamitova: “On March 8, my husband always gives me chrysanthemums”

On March 4, the first lady of the republic, Gulshat Khamitova, gave her own press conference for the first time as a member of the Markhamat (Mercy) charitable foundation.

Human rights activists of the republic appealed to the FSB of Russia with a demand to check the activities of the Markhamat Foundation, whose activities are supervised by the wife of the head of Bashkiria Gulshat Khamitova, for laundering multimillion-dollar funds.

Executive Director of the NGO "For Human and Citizen Rights" Almira Zhukova and human rights activist Ramilya Saitova appealed to the director of the FSB of Russia Alexander Bortnikov and head of the FSB department for Bashkiria Oleg Gaidenko check the activities of the charitable foundation "Markhamat". A separate paragraph refers to the possible involvement in the violations of the first lady of the republic Gulshat Khamitova. It is Gulshat Gafurovna who is the chairman of the board of trustees of the fund.

The reason for contacting the state security authorities was a recent charity concert at the GKZ "Bashkortostan" as part of the festival Ildar Abdrazakov April 25, which was the final in a series of charity concerts organized by the Markhamat Foundation, and the revenue report of which was not reflected in any of the available sources publishing the receipt Money to the fund.

The first concert took place on December 27, 2013. It was a Christmas benefit concert of the same Ildar Abdrazakov at the Opera and Ballet Theatre.

“There are 716 seats in the Great Hall. With an average price of 5,000 rubles, the revenue amounted to about 3 million rubles. The proceeds from the concert are not reflected in the Fund's receipts, which indicates fraud and theft of funds. In violation of the law, the report for 2013 was not published on the website of the Fund”,- the proufu.ru portal quotes the statement of public activists.

Journalists also could not find a report on the activities of the fund for 2012 on the website of the Charitable Foundation "Marakhmat".

Another concert that attracted the attention of the public was held on December 5, 2013. The concert "Classics and Jazz" was held at the Bashkir State Philharmonic. The purpose of the action, as reported by the fund, was to help three seriously ill children.

However, despite the fact that more than five years have passed since the concert, many will remember that even before the start of the event, it became the subject of a major scandal. Then one of the chief doctors of Ufa turned to the source and provided a fax signed by the then Minister of Health, in which the official demanded that the doctors attend the concert, the ticket price of which was from 2 to 8 thousand rubles. The requirement to ensure the occupancy of the hall was confirmed then in the Republican Ministry of Health, demonstrating the letter already Gulshat Khamitova Georgy Shebaev.

Eventually Almira Zhukova and Ramil Saitova They asked the FSB to carry out an audit based on the arguments set out in the application.

In particular, install whether strict reporting forms were used in each case of ticket sales. In addition, the public is asking establish the circle of persons involved in the organization of concerts, fundraising and ticket sales.

On this topic

A petition has been created on the Internet addressed to Russian President Vladimir Putin. Its author, Eduard Kadyrov, a member of the Human Rights Council of Bashkiria, reported on the threat of drinking water pollution in Sibay and Magnitogorsk.

In a separate paragraph, the applicants are asked to check Gulshat Khamitova's involvement in these violations of the law.

“The direct reason for our attention to the fund was the appeals of citizens to our organization. Therefore, on the eve of the last concert, we turned to the FSB for the Republic of Belarus with a request to start an ORM and fix the number of spectators, that the hall is full. Studying the website of the Charitable Foundation "Markhamat" with Ramil Saitova, we drew attention to the gaps in reporting. I remember that he started "Markhamat" with the treatment of children, but in the field of medicine it is difficult to hide something. Now the fund is called "educational". Education, training - it already sounds voluminous. In general, some funds and NGOs receive increased attention from regulatory authorities, and the Markhamat Charitable Foundation is like an untouchable. I believe that this fund should be controlled by the general public, and not by a narrow circle of relatives or close top officials of the republic.”- commented Almira Zhukova.

It is strange that in Bashkiria they are no longer embarrassed to “defend” everything related to the Khamitov spouses, even if the subordinates or organizations “warmed up” by them openly violate the country’s legislation. Rumor has it that officials do not respect President Khamitov as much as they fear his imperious khanum, who skillfully directs her husband in the direction she needs and shuffles frames with his hands.

As for the Markhamat fund, it was already mentioned in the investigations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in 2014. Then, as reminds bashtribuna.ru, a criminal case was being investigated on the fact of causing damage to the state in the amount of about 10 million rubles. The treasury of Bashkiria did not receive so much as a result of a cleverly organized operation to transfer funds from the Republican Fund for Development and Support of Small Business from two commercial banks to Promtransbank, indirectly affiliated with the family of the head of the republic through its owner Ildar Mukhametdinova, close friend and sponsor led Gulshat Khamitova Fund "Markhamat"

"TWO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR HARMONY IN THE FAMILY"

Your spouse is the president and it is probably very difficult for him to be a good family man. With such work, as they say, stress is within reach. How do you, Gulshat Gafurovna, manage to maintain harmony in the family. It's no secret that here a lot depends on the woman.

In any life situation, two are responsible for harmony in the family. We are no exception. Rustem Zakievich is a very patient and wise person, he has an awful lot of work, and the family should now be the main support for him. My children and I try to be such a support.

In an interview with KP, Rustem Khamitov said that his main stylist is you. How often is the president's wardrobe replenished? How do you - an unprofessional image maker - manage to dress your husband so well? Where do you buy shirts for him? Do you go shopping together in Ufa, maybe in Moscow or abroad?

Of course, I help my husband with advice in choosing clothes, and I myself often ask his opinion about my outfits. We do shopping together, but I always remain the main consultant for my husband in these matters. Rustem Zakievich dresses in ordinary stores. The main principle for us is good things and a competent sales assistant. Fortunately, we managed to find such a store in Ufa and now we are shopping there. In the future, we do not lose hope of finding a good tailor and ordering clothes from him.

Someone noticed that today in Russia all successful and rich people either sing or play music. Your husband is a real music lover: he sings and plays the guitar, sort of... Do you sing? Did you send your kids to a music school?

We don't hang out with rich people, so I don't know if they sing or what they play. We ourselves love songs. In the circle of friends, they used to sing songs by Nikitin, Sukhanov, Klyachkin and many others, songs from popular films and songs from the 70-80s to the guitar. The children went to a music school, but did not complete their studies there. Engaged in other activities. They mastered the guitar on their own. And now with pleasure they play music on this instrument.

"WE LOVE ACTIVE REST"

- Gulshat Gafurovna, it is known that in order to work well, you need to have a good rest. Where do you usually spend your holidays?

AT last years we alternated holidays abroad with trips to our homeland. We love skiing and therefore visited many European and Russian resorts. This year, in winter, we managed to ride in Abzakovo with children. Everyone liked it very much. The six of us, a friendly company, were moving down the mountain. Full delight!

You said that you love to relax not only in your native Bashkiria, but also abroad. The holiday season is approaching and I would like you to specifically tell about those countries that have made a strong impression on you, where you have returned more than once. Can you recommend some interesting places.

Recreation I like active in the form of cognitive tours. Was in France, Italy. I like Paris, which differs from other cities with its beautiful buildings with carved wrought-iron balconies, well-groomed parks. I liked the trip to the castles of the Loire. We looked at the old cities in Normandy: Anfleur, Rouen, Etretat, Deville and Trouville. Each city has its own sights: in Etretat - ravines in the coastal rocks and landscapes that Monet painted. In Rouen, there is a majestic cathedral associated with the history of the trial of Joan of Arc. The medieval city of Bruges in Belgium makes a great impression, when you walk along the streets of a very beautiful town with small houses, you feel fairy tale character. On trips to Italy, I remember visiting the famous Uffizi Gallery in Florence with a rich collection of paintings by Italian artists. In Russia, I was lucky to visit Baikal, in Astrakhan in the Volga Delta, to admire the flowering of lotuses. I have been to St. Petersburg many times. I know Moscow well, I love museums, manor-parks, old streets of Zamoskvorechye.

The world is becoming more transparent, people travel a lot and adopt each other's habits, their tastes become more similar. And national clothes are dying out. But recently, young women in national Muslim clothes, scarves, have begun to appear more often on the streets of Ufa. Personally, I noticed that the townspeople often look with caution at these women. Do you think it is necessary to encourage the desire of young Muslim girls to abandon national clothes forever in favor of a pan-European fashion?

I like national clothes. I would like us not to forget our roots and bring elements of the national costume into our clothes. But everything needs a measure. Such clothing should be worn where appropriate.

“WE DO NOT SEE FREQUENTLY WITH THE CHILDREN - THEY LIVE IN MOSCOW”

For many modern parents, a Russian fairy tale is relevant, where an overgrown son requires parents to feed him first to his mustache, then to his beard, etc. So it turns out that many purposeful, punchy people suddenly have lazy children. How do you think you can deal with this? Is it worth it to adopt the Western style of parenting when teenagers must, say, earn pocket money in the summer and not only?

Both rich and not very wealthy parents have lazy children, there are no patterns here. But what to do with these? Of course, children should be taught to work from childhood, from school. Summer work in holidays good way education. For example, when we were children, during the holidays, we worked in a field camp without any pay. However, if there is still some kind of reward for the work, then this is not bad at all.

- Tell us about the methods of raising your children, what do they do, how often do you see them?

They raised their children normally, like everyone else, I guess. They were strict, but in moderation. They didn’t particularly indulge, they always took them with them on hikes, on river rafting, listened to music and watched movies together. Unfortunately, we do not see each other often now - they live in Moscow, adults, they already have their "halves" and work that takes a lot of time. Communicate with our countrymen. For example, they go to listen good music to the club of Oleg Kireev. Sometimes they themselves play music there, although they are not musicians.

In many Russian families, they can’t get rid of the “Soviet complex” in any way, that there can be no commodity-money relations between parents and children, that is, telling a child, they say, help your grandmother in the garden and you will get new sneakers, our people consider it immoral. What do you think about this?

Yes, I have heard and even know people who encourage children to work in this way, but this was not accepted in our family, simply because helping loved ones and working together were a matter of course. The principle of joint work was instilled in children, they tried to act by their own example. I think it's more efficient.

"WE LOVE TO GET TOGETHER FOR TEA"

Are you a good cook? Tell us about the gastronomic traditions in your family, please. Do you drink tea together? By the way, the British found that tea reduces the level of stress hormones, so it is useful for politicians to “drink tea”.

I think that I am a good cook, although not a professional, but with a lot of experience in home cooking. My family likes my food, and when I was offered to go somewhere for lunch, I often heard: “ Better at home Let's eat, you taste better." And drinking tea together is already a necessary ritual for us: we exchange impressions, news, make plans. And the president loves homemade soups, is not indifferent to dumplings and manti.

- Having moved to Ufa, you changed your occupation, circle of acquaintances - it was probably very difficult.

It is still very pleasant for me to communicate with my friends from my student days. But now my circle of acquaintances is expanding. In recent years, in Moscow, I worked in a children's clinic, so there was a desire to continue working with children in Ufa. My comrades and I managed to create the Markhamat Charitable Foundation, which has helped 2,000 children to date. There are a lot of kind and sympathetic people in our republic, for whom helping children is not an empty phrase, but a need of the soul. Thank them very much.

It is difficult to overestimate the role of a woman in a man's life. Especially if this man is invested with power and is in full view all the time. Minister, for example. Or even the governor. And even the president of the whole republic.

The always curious public needs to know: what does the wife of the first person do, is she pretty, how does she dress, but are they living well? And if in Soviet times wives of high-ranking officials did not shine too much in the media, then the current halves of modern politicians are actively involved in public life, are engaged in charity, establish more or less useful funds and accompany their bureaucratic husbands everywhere. And the especially ambitious ones take the reins of government into their own hands, pushing their husbands into the background, as it seems to have happened in the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Modesty does not suit wives

Today it is difficult to track exactly when the media suddenly discovered that more and more often at official and social events, President Rustem Khamitov himself turns out to be something like a wedding general, while all the attention of journalists is switched to his wife. In the photo, Gulshat Gafurovna is always in the center. It's funny, but true: even at the ballot box during the presidential elections, the wife of the Bashkir president poses for a photographer with a broad smile, and Rustem Zakievich looms somewhere behind her in the distance.

However, why lie? Modesty and tact, apparently, are no longer considered the main decoration of a woman. Least of all, Gulshat Khamitova resembles an oriental khanum, whose most important task is to provide her husband with a strong rear and a good name, without sticking out over his shoulder. That was exactly what her predecessor Luiza Rakhimova was like: one could only guess about her role in the policy pursued by Murtaza Rakhimov, the first president of Bashkortostan, although there was a lot of gossip at the time. Louise kept in the shadow of her official husband, however, according to rumors, she provided her husband with great support in governing the republic. Like Gulshat, she influenced the appointment and dismissal of mayors, and took part in organizing major transactions in the economic sphere. However, neither then nor today can she be reproached for putting her husband in an awkward position in front of the public with her actions. This is what is called a sense of tact. Which, apparently, the current first lady of Bashkiria is sorely lacking.

However, values tend to change over time. Assertiveness, pragmatism and enterprise as opposed to modesty, prudence and tact have long been among the ladies' virtues.

Who arranges shots in Bashkiria

Gulshat Gafurovna, who, according to journalists, is distinguished by her intelligence and ingenuity, saw this extremely quickly. The wife of the President of Bashkiria, they say knowledgeable people, in a short time managed to completely take control of personnel issues in the republic.

For example, vice-mayor Alexander Filippov, at the suggestion of Khamitov's wife, was appointed to manage the property of Ufa. They say that Gulshat pushed him to this place in order to shorten the agility of the ambitious Irek Yalalov, the head of the administration of the urban district of Ufa.

Plenty of other examples. So, the President's wife and the healthcare sector do not bypass their attention. And this is generally understandable: Ms. Khamitova is a doctor of functional diagnostics by profession. And now, as chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Markhamat Charitable Foundation (translated from Bashkir as “mercy”), Khamitova is completely interested in people loyal to her being in the right positions in medicine.

Therefore, according to rumors, the chief doctors of City Clinical Hospital No. 21 and City Clinical Hospital No. 22, Nazir Khafizov and Gafur Ishmukhametov, lost their positions. For they did not cooperate with the Gulshat Khamitova structure, but on the other hand, with the Ural Charitable Foundation.

Well, the chairs of the heads of hospitals, not having time to cool down, were immediately occupied by the appointees of the president's wife - Gulnara Mustafina and Irina Karamova. The first worked as a deputy head in the republican perinatal center and - wow, what a coincidence! - is a close friend and trusted doctor Gulshat Khamitova. The second headed the republican cardiology center, and after she was transferred to work at hospital No. 22, the position of the head physician of the center became vacant - oops, again a coincidence! - for another friend of the President's wife, Irina Nikolaeva. Is it necessary to say that both city clinical hospitals immediately broke off cooperation with the Ural Charitable Foundation and focused on Markhamat?

Afraid means respect?

In addition, in recent years, on the unofficial recommendations of certain persons close to Rustem Khamitov, large regional state-owned enterprises have been transferred to the same bank for servicing. From the materials of the investigation it is clear that the money of the Fund for the Development and Support of Small Business was kept on deposits of Akibank and Bashkomsnabbank at 8–8.26% per annum. Both banks received the right to place the guarantee fund on a competitive basis in 2011. And the state contract with them was supposed to end in November 2014.

However, in August 2013, the ministry economic development Bashkiria ordered to withdraw the fund's money from deposits and transfer them to Promtransbank LLC. Here, investigators believe, the state lost money on interest payments. PTB at the end of December last year accrued interest to the fund in the amount of 6.1 million rubles. And under the previous contracts, the fund could have received all 16 million, if it hadn't occurred to someone to transfer deposits to Ildar Mukhametdinov's bank. According to investigators' preliminary estimate, damage to the state was inflicted in the amount of at least 9.8 million rubles.

If Gulshat has conceived something, then one way or another, by herself or through her husband-president, she will definitely push through the “idea”, knowledgeable people in Bashkiria assure.

And what about the bureaucratic husband of the first lady Rustem Khamitov? How does he react to the stormy activities of his wife and the numerous unsightly rumors associated with her name? Judging by the fact that Gulshat Khamitova still looms on the front pages of Bashkir newspapers almost more often than he, the head of the republic, does not.

Former head of RusHydro Evgeny Dod and head of the corporate accounting and reporting department of the same company Dmitry Finkel were arrested at the end of June. They were charged with a major fraud (73.2 million rubles), organized by a group of people. Although at first glance this event is not directly related to Bashkiria, in reality, before coming to the post of head of the republic, Rustem Khamitov was Dod's deputy in RusHydro. And judging by the details leaking from the investigating authorities, Dod began to testify against his former colleague.

So, high-ranking employees of law enforcement agencies provided interesting information to the editorial office of the Federal Press. It says that the wife of the head of Bashkiria found a company whose name, location of its head office and scope of activity raise very big questions. The full namesake of Khamitov's wife owned a blocking stake in Ayvest (25%).

The head owner of the company, whose stake belongs to Khamitova, is the Italian Europien Energetics, registered in the Italian city of Sacile at Marco Meneghini, 3. According to the statutory documents, it supplies equipment for energy, mechanical engineering and railway transport.

But the Federal Press journalists found out that the address at which the company is located is not at all like the address of the plant. On the other hand, a much more solid company is registered in the same city. Europe Energy Gas & Power is the largest producer gas equipment, including for small power generation.

“Coincidentally, during the period when Gulshat Khamitova was setting up her foreign business, RusHydro was actively engaged in the construction of mini-hydroelectric power stations together with its “Italian” colleagues. Mini-hydroelectric power plants were an ideal area for non-transparent work - the equipment was imported from abroad, the program could be co-financed, according to experts, according to the most non-transparent schemes, and most importantly, from regional or even municipal budgets, "Federal Press concludes"

Indeed, such a project was also implemented in Bashkiria. On October 1, 2010, in Ufa, Dod and Khamitov signed a cooperation agreement between Bashkortostan and RusHydro. In accordance with the document, the government of Bashkiria undertook to adopt a program for the development of small hydropower and other renewable energy sources in the republic, previously developed jointly with JSC RusHydro. The agreement also provided for "assistance of the parties" to attract industrial orders to Bashkortostan on a market basis in order to develop the production and, as a result, the energy potential of the republic and "create new jobs in the region." Together with the French company Alstom (produces power equipment and railway rolling stock), Khamitov was going to build a plant for the production of equipment for mini-hydroelectric power stations.

“Thus, a company, 25% of which could belong to the wife of the head of the republic and which was supposed to be engaged in the export of power equipment and equipment for railways, may have been a gasket for the export of equipment in a scheme that included the largest international engineering company, Russian hydropower and Dod’s gray schemes. Whether Khamitov’s wife actually had such a company, the investigation will show, but it is obvious that Dod’s arrest will not go unnoticed for the head of Bashkiria, and we will find out new interesting details,” concludes the federal publication.

Pravda PFO is following the development of the situation in Bashkortostan.
