After them, film director Nikita Mikhalkov seriously criticized the Ministry of Emergency Situations, saying that for 2017, about 30% of the personnel in the Ministry of Emergency Situations had been reduced, and in the guards - up to 50%. The result, according to Mikhalkov, was that the ministry simply did not have enough workers to put out fires. Puchkov then disagreed with Mikhalkov’s opinion, saying that this was nonsense.
