Last autumn, a glaring incident took place in St. Petersburg. Two women quarreled on the playground: 30-year-old Nadezhda Fedorova and 34-year-old Barno Khudaikulova. As a result of the scuffle, Fedorova sprayed pepper spray in Khudaikulova's face and hit her three-year-old son. As it turned out later, the dog became the cause of the conflict. One of the women asked to remove the animal from the playground, while the other showed aggression.
Nadezhda Fedorova previously claimed that she did not beat the child, but accidentally pushed him, but the video from the surveillance cameras shows that the woman did it on purpose. In addition, after the impact, the baby could not get up on his own. After several months of house arrest, Fedorova was convicted under the article "Hooliganism" and sent to a colony-settlement for a year, she also has to pay a fine to the family of the injured boy in the amount of 500 thousand rubles, the news agency reports.
Pinscher owner Nadezhda Fedorova wants an excuse for a crushing kick on a child. “One time doesn’t count,” she assures, believing 5,000 rubles for her jiu-jitsu is enough compensation.
One hit doesn't count
On May 4, the Petrograd court held a debate on the case of an ugly fight on a playground, with a seriously ill child thrown down and tear gas sprayed. Nadezhda Fedorova revealed addictions: it was not gas, but a pepper-flavored deodorant.
To last meeting Fedorova prepared a tight black skirt with a high slit that fully reveals the beauty of the hips and a black blouse. The mourning perception was hampered by playful flowers on the blouse and pale pink cuffs. Nadezhda meekly folded her hands on her thin knees and prepared to listen to the prosecutor. It was the opposite of the fury who, on September 4, 2017, in retaliation for her pygmy pinscher Richard, kicked a three-year-old child in the playground, beat and doused his mother with pepper gas. The prosecutor reported the circumstances of the case in a casual and monotonous manner, added positive characteristics to Nadezhda, mentioned maternity status and mixed personality disorder with demonstrativeness and excitability, asked not to be sent to the colony, but to be limited to three years on probation.
Remembering the experience of a colleague who chose a measure of restraint for Fedorova and tried in vain to find a common language with her, judge Alena Smelyanets asked the defendant about participating in the debate, heard a thin “no” and was satisfied. The lawyer spoke for Nadezhda.
“Is it possible without a doubt to accuse my client of grossly violating public order using an insignificant pretext? No,” Alexei Morozov minted the words.
According to the lawyer, Fedorov can only be tried for beating the child's mother.
“But not for no reason! – said the defender. “Nadezhda was not the initiator of the conflict.”
Fedorova went on a rampage after her pinscher was hit in the face with a balloon. So the mother tried to protect the boy, who underwent two operations on the bone marrow and has reduced immunity, from the attacks of the animal.
The fight and gas were regarded as hooliganism with the use of an object used as a weapon. Nadezhda did not agree: according to her, she sprayed pepper-flavored deodorant. And if so, then there is no corpus delicti.
The audience turned their noses towards Nadezhda.
The second article imputed to Fedorova - 116 of the Criminal Code "Beatings" - the lawyer also suggested that it be considered null and void.
“Beatings involve inflicting two or more blows. The boy suffered less, the article is not applicable, ”Alexey Morozov cut the truth.
Cuffs to the guard are also not pulling on the 116th, the speaker continued, and although the mother of the child received a sufficient number of blows, the bit was not out of hooligan motives, but out of personal hostility.
“I ask for an acquittal,” Morozov concluded.
Victims were entitled to compensation for non-pecuniary damage. As lawyer Anton Utkin, representing the interests of mother and child, told Fontanka, the defendant actively complained about her meager existence. She is the daughter-in-law of the former director of the Smolny Pilarn, Nikolai Fedorov, and her husband Nikita is a composer. A young couple occupies a 243-meter apartment on Divenskaya Street. It belongs to Fedorov Sr.
Having heard enough about the bitter share of Nadezhda, the child's mother filed a lawsuit for 15 rubles. She was persuaded not to turn the process into a farce, the amount was increased to 5000. No one held back Hope to pay more, but she readily took out a bill, and not a penny more. She transferred the same amount to the AdVita fund, which helps the boy with treatment, received a standard letter of thanks, brought it to the court and put one more tick in her reference.
Fedorova was given the last word:

The request to remove the animal from the playground was ignored by Nadezhda. After all, Richard also wanted to play, and the Fedorovs have been living in this yard for six years, and this Barno, swinging the rights, was the first time I saw it.
Richard's passion was attracted by the hands of someone else's child. For a friendly, but unsafe attack in their direction, he received a ball in the face.
Nadia's anger was grandiose. She pushed the offender, and a female fight began. A guard arrived in time, but he did not know Nadya well. She pulled out a spray can and sprayed pepper spray.
Barno and the guard rubbed their eyes. It’s not fair to finish them off, apparently, Nadezhda decided, and switched to a crying little boy who cried and repeated: “Mom, I'm sorry!”. In full confidence that my mother gets because of him.
From a kick to the solar plexus, the boy fell backwards. And there, in the area of the plexus, he has a catheter placed at the Raisa Gorbacheva Research Institute of Pediatric Oncology, Hematology and Transplantology. The child underwent two bone marrow transplants, his future is more than visible.

The Fedorov family at Divenskaya 5 is very well known. They occupy two apartments. The elders live in the first - the recent director of the Smolny Pilarn State Unitary Enterprise Nikolai Fedorov (the company is engaged in the elimination of oil spills, the annual revenue is an average of 150 million) with his wife Nina Yuryevna, a music school teacher.
Another apartment is occupied by Fedorov's son Nikita and actually Nadezhda, his wife. He writes music, she opened a photography studio at home. Their car, a Porsche Macan, was once seen in the Igwalid parking lot.
The Fedorovs are confident in the sinlessness of Nadezhda. Her husband, for example, told Fontanka the following version of events:
- After refusing to leave the site, that woman said that she would start beating, killing, and hitting the dog. Taking advantage of her physique, she took on Nadezhda. She dragged her by the hair, beat her with her hands and feet. The wife shoved herself back, her head spinning. A very huge man came up, about 45 years old, beefy, just like that he began to beat his wife on the head and face, inflicted at least five, maybe seven or eight blows, sweeping, with a hand right in the head, ear, face. My wife's actions are defensive. They are offensive. This is a massacre.
- Nikita, you will not deny kicking a child, even before a huge man?
- Wait, wait. When a person's head and face are stuffed, he is in a state of passion. She doesn't remember what happened next. Do you even know what a concussion is? When is a person beaten? The man has already been beaten, then that's it. He is inadequate. I will deny. Maybe she [the child] just hurt. That side can do anything. She will put pepper in her own eyes, kick the child and will portray the poor, unfortunate. All I know is that my wife was attacked.
The Fedorovs consider the playground scene a well-planned provocation. They are not loved by the neighbors, so the neighbors catch the weakest one - Nadya.
“One night three men caught her and beat her. The same thing happened in the elevator when she was pregnant, ”they list in the Fedorov family.
Neighbors admit: we don't get along.
“Nadezhda repeatedly attacked the residents of the house with a gas cylinder,” they say. “The police officers of the 43rd police department, whom we called because of the conflict, also got it.”
Pincher Richard in the family in a special position. They adore him. According to the neighbors, he somehow got into the habit of shitting on the flowers planted by the children at the entrance. The Fedorovs were asked to watch the dog. The next morning, they say, the flowers were completely trampled.
Tomorrow, September 7, Nadezhda will be taken to the Petrograd court for a preventive measure. The Investigative Committee will ask for house arrest.

Nadia even managed to give an interview to journalists! She assured that the mother of the three-year-old was the first to start a conflict, and she, they say, was simply defending herself.
The main question was also raised - why did she kick the child? The answer was discouraging. Without batting an eye, Nadya declared that she, they say, has long legs (which is true), and in general, she is a tall girl. And whom she accidentally touched with her foot there, she supposedly did not see.
It's just hard to believe. The video from the surveillance camera, which has scattered all over the Web, clearly shows: pushing Barno away, Nadia quickly moves towards her child and kicks him with precision.
A powerful kick literally knocked over the child - he lay on the ground for several minutes. Barno was physically unable to help him: Nadia sprayed pepper spray in her face.
Her own son stood aside and watched in horror.
A guard tried to stop a female fight, but where is it! Fedorova did not calm down until she scattered everyone around the playground.

Meanwhile, Komsomolskaya Pravda made inquiries about the identity of the hooligan. It turns out that Nadezhda Fedorova is a professional photographer, she has her own studio.
Nadia herself loves to be photographed. Gentle, a little shy - this is how she looks in the pictures. And do not say that she kicks children.
According to KP, Nadia got married successfully - her husband's father heads an enterprise that regularly receives contracts from Smolny.
According to neighbors, Nadezhda drives a Porsche Macan crossover, the cost of which starts from 5 million rubles. Judging by the photos on the web, this Porsche has been seen parked in disabled spaces more than once.
Nadia herself boasts on the Web of the standard set of a “happy woman”: a bouquet of scarlet roses, Chanel shoes, jewelry and stuff like that.
In the meantime, there were also those who recognized their classmate in Fedorova. It turns out that Nadia grew up in the small town of Staraya Russa, in the Novgorod region. And it's still listed there.

THE CHILD HAS A SERIOUS ILLNESS
After being kicked, the little boy was hospitalized. Now he has been sent home. However, with the health of the baby, alas, not everything is in order.
According to unconfirmed information, the boy has a serious congenital disease. Barno, his mother, was forced to seek help from a large charitable foundation.
By the way, on September 4, Barno also needed the help of doctors - she had a retinal burn. We have not been able to contact her yet.
INVESTIGATION WILL ASK FOR ARREST
On the eve it became known that the materials from the police were taken by the Investigative Committee. This, in general, is logical - it is the IC that deals with crimes against children.
The suspect still does not admit his guilt, - the press service of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee for St. Petersburg told KP.
Quite quickly, a criminal case appeared under the article “hooliganism”. And the investigators went to the Fedorovs' home. Nadia was brought in for interrogation, and this time it seems to be for a long time.
