Report on the dismissal of a soldier: sample

It is not so easy for a serviceman acting on a contract basis to resign from the authorities. The legislation of the Russian Federation stipulates specific reasons for the calculation, as well as a certain procedure for this. In military affairs, a standard letter of resignation is called a report. And how to arrange it correctly, we will figure it out in this article.

Basis for calculation

Report

Such a document has the form of a standard letter of resignation. When making it, consider the following recommendations:

  1. In the upper right corner, indicate the full name, position and title of the head in whose name the paper is written. You can also write the name of the unit where the military serves.
  2. Title the statement "Report".
  3. In the text of the document, indicate your request for dismissal. Don't forget to write here:
    • specific reason for leaving;
    • link to the article of the law;
    • consent to the examination by a special commission.
  4. Also write down the location of the commissariat where the case of the serviceman should be sent for registration.
  5. If the dismissal is associated with a deterioration in health, you need to add a phrase about the readiness to undergo an independent medical examination or formulate a reasoned refusal.
  6. Do not forget to put the date, signature, your own initials indicating the position and title.
  7. At the end of the report, write down the list of attached documents required for dismissal (medical certificate, etc.).

Documenting

So, having studied the main provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, let's move on to the dismissal procedure itself. If the military leaves the service due to age or due to the expiration of the contract, you just need to draw up a statement indicating the reason for leaving. But in order to terminate the contract ahead of schedule, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Compile a report.
  2. Collect documents confirming the reason for leaving.
  3. Obtain written consent from the commander for dismissal.
  4. Get a copy of the decision of the expert commission on the fact of the calculation.

The soldier submits a report on dismissal to his superiors. The management, in turn, sends the question for review to the expert commission, which includes representatives of all units, the line manager and the lawyer of the military institution. As a rule, the commission makes a decision within 7-10 days. The maximum period for receiving a response under the law is 14 days.
