PROBLEM AND RELEVANCE
Motor activity is the most important component of the lifestyle and behavior of preschoolers. It depends on the organization of the physical development and upbringing of children, on the level of their preparedness, on living conditions, individual characteristics and functional capabilities of the growing organism.
Insufficiency of motor functions in children is manifested in all components of motor skills: in general, in subtle movements of the hands and fingers, in facial and speech motor skills, which leads to poor coordination of movements in complex self-service activities, in labor processes; causes difficulties in mastering manual operations (writing, drawing, affects the expression of facial expressions and pantomime, the formation of the expressive side of speech, correct and clear sound pronunciation). Theme and its relevance:

Preschool age is an important period in the formation of the human personality and strong foundations physical health.

Therefore, today there is a special interest in physical education and propaganda healthy lifestyle.

Preservation and strengthening children's health, forming the habit of healthy lifestyle remains a top priority. Health child depends not only on the full physical development and education in kindergarten, as well as on the living conditions in the family, since the family is the environment where health child and laid in his mind the basis for a constant desire for health. One of the important aspects of the implementation of programs for health care children is a joint work of the preschool educational institution and the family.

Our project does not aim to achieve high results in a short period of time. The main thing in it is to help children show their own potentialities, so that, growing up, they will be ready to lead healthy lifestyle, appreciated their health and wellness of others.
